  "description": "### In a few words\r\n\r\n1. People interested in establishing some space dedicated for somatic practises at chaos events can gather here to connect.\r\n2. This session is for drafting values, guidance texts, governance, rulesets ... for a somatics space at chaos events.\r\n3. If you are interested to connect but cannot join, you can write us, e.g. via [dreieck](https://events.ccc.de/congress/2024/hub/de/user/dreieck/) ([@dreieck@chaos.social](https://chaos.social/@dreieck@chaos.social), or Matrix: See the 38C3 Matrix channels for the contact) (we do not have a public group contact yet).\r\n\r\nIn the session we start with a check-in.\r\n\r\n### Background and more inforation\r\n\r\nAt 37C3, there was a [session of Contact Improvisation jamming](https://events.ccc.de/congress/2023/hub/en/event/contact-improvisation-jam-gathering) with a small introduction.\r\n\r\nFrom discussions afterwards, there emerged the idea of a group \"c3somatics\" to make kind of a \"Chaos Somatics Space\" (CSS) at upcoming events.\r\n\r\nThe vision of such a space is to have a physical room, dedicated to somatic practises like yoga, Contact Improvisation, massage/bodywork, conscious dance, playfight, cuddle pile, authentic movement, shaking, \u2026 -- both for sessions (self organised and by us) and for individual usage of the space without a guided session.\r\n\r\nSuch a space would need some rules and stewardship to keep the spirit up, keep it in order, and also for safety.\r\n\r\nAnd in this session we want to think about those questions and start to draft something,\r\n\r\nalso: Connect with further interested creatures.\r\n\r\n---\r\n\r\nFurther somatic sessions:\r\n\r\n* On day 2, 11:00, there is a session \"[Bewegung und Freiheit](https://events.ccc.de/congress/2024/hub/de/event/bewegung-und-freiheit/)\".\r\n* On day 4, 13:00, there is a [\"dancy playfight\" session](https://events.ccc.de/congress/2024/hub/event/dancy-playfight-physical-explorations-between-roug/).\r\n\r\n*\ud83e\uddee*",
